Looking out over Great Peconic Bay, this ultra-modern home, designed by Pablo Jendretzki, is uniquely positioned to feature a water view from almost every room in the house. This is especially so in the open concept kitchen and living room area that looks out over a magnificent infinity swimming pool with deck and lounge. The infinity pool had to be propped up and built first along with the deck - this secured the positioning of the home with a challenging drop in topography. From there, we worked our way out with the home. From the waterfront perspective, one feels that the house and pool are almost floating above.
