Construction Superintendant

Phill Kouffman Builder is a high-end, well - established residential construction company located in the hamptons. We are in search of a Project manager to join our team. The Ideal Candidate is highly skilled in overseeing all phases of residential construction jobsites.

Brief Outline of Responsibilities :

• Onsite reporting to Project Manager

• Serve as point of contact for Architects, Clients, and Subcontractors

• Time Management

• Client Management

• Scheduling

• Budgeting

• Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans

Qualifications :

• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

• Solid computer knowledge

• Proficent in Excel

• Highly organized

• Problem solver

• Team player

  Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven practical or educational experience required

• College degree in construction management a plus
